Philip Fitzwater
Philip Fitzwater was born and raised in Potosi, Mo where he, along with his wife and their three sons, still calls home. He has enjoyed being a Realtor for the past 10 and a half years and has specialized in commercial and residential real estate in Washington and St. Francis counties and the surrounding areas. He was named the Rookie of the Year Agent by the Mineral Area Board of Realtors in 2013 and has been the top selling agent in Washington County for three out of the past five years. Philip also served as a director on the Mineral Area Board of Realtors for two years.
Hunter Belfield
Hunter Belfield is a new agent in 2024 who was born and raised in Potosi, MO where he still resides with his wife and 2 sons. Hunter serves on the Board of Education in the Potosi r-3 School District and is known in the community for being honest and approachable. Hunter has great knowledge of the community in Washington county and is excited to get the chance to serve the community members of Washington and surrounding counties in their real estate endeavors.
Jon Boyer
My name is Jon Boyer. I am a 60 year resident of Washington County MO. My wife Cheryl & I live in Washington County and enjoy our friends & family. I graduated from Potosi High School and have worked in the retail sales & management most of my life.
I have always been interested in real estate and I have enjoyed the time I have been helping families find their first home or their forever home along with them selling their home/property or business locations.

Klint Silvey
Klint Silvey is a member of the Fitzwater Realty team, serving clients around Washington Co. & St.Francois Co. He is also an experienced Financial Advisor with Reese Financial group, bringing additional resources and expertise to clients.
Before working in the worlds of banking, financial advising, and real estate, he taught at the collegiate level in Arkansas. He also worked in journalism in the oil and gas industry while living in Houston. Klint graduated from Mizzou’s with a bachelor’s degree and masters in Journalism. Another one of his accomplishments is a master’s in philosophy from Houston Christian University.
In his free time Klint enjoys spending time with his family—wife Hannah (of Farmington), and twins, York and Aspyn. Klint loves spending time outdoors, specifically mountain biking and skiing. He is a long-time motocross racer, current mountain bike race and trail steward and initiator of Shepherd Mountain Bike Park in Ironton. Klint says he loves to learn, especially in the world of Christian thought, philosophy, the Bible.
Klint is currently an Associate Pastor of New Heights Church in Farmington.
